The meeting room is available in the phone book on your system or client - search for the meeting room name, or dial the SIP URI of the meeting room.

No access code is required for these users.

Other Video Users

Video users outside of the company should dial the SIP URI of the meeting room and enter the conference access code followed by the sign .

They can also call the virtual meeting room via an IP address.

Skype for Business / Lync users

From a Microsoft Skype for Business client use the following video address: . Note that the Skype for Business system must be set to allow dialing to a public connection. Note that Microsoft does not allow outbound dialing from 'Teams' users.

Telephony users

For audio dial-in, the following numbers are available. Telephony users also need to enter the conference code followed by the # sign.

For phone access you will be prompted for the conference code - don't forget the # sign.
